/*Dedicated to Jennyfer: "EavyAdjustSkill" Stefan Daniel Schwarz Happy Valentine's Day! Trying to introduce your valentine to Unreal Tournament? Playing network games together, against each other, although your skill level is higher than hers? How about balancing skill by voluntarily applying a handicap so she's got a chance while you've got an interesting challenge? Here's the solution: Eavy's Skill Adjust... This server-side-only mutator is most useful for friendly LAN matches but can be used on any Internet server as well. Players can specify their handicap by prefixing/appending their player name with a special identifier. It can be added/removed/changed at any time by changing player name. Victim Skill Handicap: Put a ">" (greater than) in front of your name and prefix it with a numeric value between 100 and 1000 which indicates the percentage of damage you take. Default is 100, 100 % damage, which means you receive normal damage. Higher values mean you take more damage when being hit by an enemy. Instigator Skill Handicap: Put a "<" (less than) behind your name and suffix it with a numeric value between 1 and 100 which indicates the percentage of damage you do. Default is 100, 100 % damage, which means you deal normal damage. Lower values mean you do less damage when hitting an enemy. Here are some examples for a player whose name is "Player": 1. Player - Default, damage not modified, no skill handicap. 2. 200>Player - Takes double damage. 3. Player<50 - Does half damage. 4. 200>Player<50 - Takes double damage, does half damage. 5. 999>Player<1 - Takes almost ten times damage, does 1 % damage Illegal settings will be ignored. 1>Player<999, , >Player< have no effect. Bots can be handicapped like human players by changing their names for practice matches with bots. -- Eavy, Contract Programmer, Epic Games Inc. */Dedicated to Jennyfer: "EavyAdjustSkill" Stefan Daniel Schwarz
